Marc Mashhoun is the head broker/owner of SOCALREP. Marc has over 8 years of experience
serving a Fortune 50 company and consulting in various industries. Marc applies the same work
ethic and discipline he’s adopted in the management consulting world to the real estate
profession. He has applied best practice buy/sell methodology leading to the purchase/sale of
real property spanning both coasts. Marc is the President of Promontory HOA, where he resides.
Marc has lived in various neighborhoods throughout coastal San Diego, and is intimately familiar
with the area. Marc Mashhoun graduated Summa Cum Laude from James Madison University
with degrees in Computer Information Systems and Finance.
